Everybody says they want real love, but being emotionally available is a whole different level of truth. You can desire love and still be guarded. You can crave connection and still be afraid to receive it.
Unhealed pain will make you push away the very thing you pray for. You’ll say you’re “just busy” when really you’re scared to be seen.
Being emotionally available means you’re willing to be vulnerable without sabotaging yourself. Open without overextending. Present without performing.
